标签要求Label Requirement

1.Where compliance of radio equipment with the applicable requirements has been demonstrated by that conformity assessment procedure, manufacturers shall draw up an EU declaration of conformity and affix the CE marking.产品符合 CE 相关指令要求, 则产品需标示”CE Logo”

2.Manufacturers shall ensure that radio equipment which they have placed on the market bears a type, batch or serial number or other element allowing its identification, or, where the size or nature of the radio equipment does not allow it, that the required information is provided on the packaging, or in a document accompanying the radio equipment.产品确认投放市场, 则需要在产品标示其”型号”

3.Manufacturers shall indicate on the radio equipment their name, registered trade name or registered trade mark and the postal address at which they can be contacted or, where the size or nature of radio equipment does not allow it, on its packaging, or in a document accompanying the radio equipment. The address shall indicate a single point at which the manufacturer can be contacted. The contact details shall be in a language easily understood by end-users and market surveillance authorities.产品上要体现”产品名、商标或品牌、通信地址”, 如产品太小, 可放置在包装上、或说明书、或随产品销售的宣传页上.

4.Label尺寸大小不作要求,清晰可见即可。

位置应为:在一永久平面上,不可拆卸部件上(例如:电池盖、拐角处)
